The adjuster explained the repair process and arranged for one of Pronto’s Direct Repair shops to pick up my car and have it towed to their facility. The adjuster called the shop with me on the line and when they arrived for my vehicle, another shop representative came along with a loaner vehicle. My car was repaired and returned to me in less than a week. I will always be grateful to Pronto. Thank you!”

  • “I was rear-ended by a State Farm driver. I called in the claim to State Farm and they refused to pay for my claim stating that their driver had a different version of the accident so I called Pronto. When I explained the issue to my adjuster at Pronto, he not only secured the police report with me on the line, but also conference me in with the State Farm adjuster. After a discussion which included Pronto faxing State Farm a copy of the police report, State Farm not only assumed responsibility, but also put me in a rental car. Thank you Pronto for helping me resolve this claim.”

  • “I was rear ended by a Pronto insured and was very upset. In addition to my car not being driveable, I was in both emotional and physical pain. As soon as I reported the claim, the adjuster made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and within hours a Pronto representative was at my home to explain the repair and injury process. Before the day was done, I was issued a payment for my medical expenses as well as loss of use for a rental vehicle. My vehicle was repaired at one of Pronto’s Direct Repair shops and the customer service was great. I always tell my friends about the experience. Thank you Pronto!”
